Today I am using all of my energy
To be in touch with the joy of being in the present moment
Here and now is beyond desire, judgment, anger, passion and pride.
I am not attached or fixated on any opinion or habitual thinking
I am open to listening, respecting and discerning.

I am constantly working
To create true physical, mental and spiritual balance
I consciously live in a way that supports this.
I will concentrate well,
I will be patient,
I will have endurance,
And work in selfless service to all
While cultivating the mind of appreciation

I serve with gratitude and an open heart
I support that which is good; ignore that which is bad.
I promise to be true in word and deed, to tell the truth with compassion and grace.
I know that my life power is from within.
I appreciate the power of the universe that has enabled me to live and learn today.
